our
service mark
A “service mark” as defined in the O.R.C. Section 1329.54 (B) is “a mark
used in the sale or advertising of services to identify the services of one person and distinguish them from the services
of others and includes without limitation the marks, names, symbols, titles, designations, slogans, character names and distinctive
features of radio or other advertising used in commerce.”
Our pending service mark is:
pi
represents Parity International Incorporated (P.I.). Our version of pi represents
our trademark. pi has several meanings including
a) check equivalence between data transmitted and data received, and b) the quality of being similar or identical. In
mathematics, the symbol pi is c) the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter.
Even in a shrinking global community this ratio remains constant; the same for any size circle. Computers quickly
calculate pi. The calculated value of pi is more
than 1.2 trillion decimal places.
