pi represents Parity International Incorporated (P.I.).  Our version of pi represents our trademark.  pi has several meanings including a) check equivalence between data transmitted and data received, and b) the quality of being similar or identical.  In mathematics, the symbol pi is c) the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter.  Even in a shrinking global community this ratio remains constant; the same for any size circle.  Computers quickly calculate pi.  The calculated value of pi is more than 1.2 trillion decimal places.
