By accepting the terms of use for your information in this
Online Privacy Policy, you consent to our use of data collected during the online registration process including your email
address and contact data to send information to you such as a membership keys, newsletters, donations, passwords, or other
confidential information to keep you informed of Parity International and related services.
- We share aggregated statistical data with our non-profit
affiliates, suppliers, donors, and partners or for public relations.
- We may share certain information with our parent, subsidiaries
and joint ventures to help coordinate the services we provide to you, enforce our terms and conditions, and promote trust
and safety.
- In connection with independent audits of our financial statements
and operations, the auditors may seek to contact a sample of our customers to confirm that our records are accurate. However,
these auditors cannot use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Parity International does not in any way sell, lease or
rent your information to third parties.
If you wish to cancel your decision to receive communication
from Parity International, send an email to privacy@parityinternational.org requesting “opt-out” in the email reference (ref)

donor privacy policy
Parity International is committed to handling your customer
information with the highest standards of information security. Your credit card and bank account information are stored
only in encrypted form on computers that are not connected to the Internet. We restrict access to your personally identifiable
information to Parity employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We
maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal
information. We test our security systems regularly and also contract with outside companies to audit our security systems
and processes.
Your information is necessary for us to process secure transactions,
issue a new password if you forget or lose your password, protect you against credit card fraud and checking account fraud,
and to contact you should the need arise in administering your account.
Pursuant to section 326 of the USA PATRIOT Act, the U.S.
Department of the Treasury and the Securities and Exchange Commission require Parity International to obtain, verify, and
record the following information for each investor, sponsor, or donor to Parity International or Parity Foundation.
This information includes:

3. Telephone Number
• Date
of Birth (for Individuals)
• Social Security Number (for Individuals)
• Tax Identification Number
(Employer Identification Number)
• IP Address
In order to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act, we will also
require your Tax Identification Number if you submit, send or receive certain transactions volumes through Parity International.
Parity International WILL NOT SELL OR RENT any of your personally
identifiable information to third parties. Parity International will not share any of your personally identifiable information
with third parties except in limited circumstances such as a requirement pursuant to a subpoena or other legal process or
with your express permission. These third parties are limited by law or by contract from using the information for secondary
purposes beyond the purposes for which the information is shared. These third parties are subject to confidentiality
agreements with us and other legal restrictions that prohibit using the information.
We MAY share information with THE IRS and companies that
help us process the transactions you request and protect these transactions from fraud such as sharing your credit card number
with a service that screens for lost and stolen card numbers. We disclose information that we in good faith believe
is appropriate to cooperate in investigations of fraud, other illegal activity, or to conduct investigations of violations
of our User Agreement. We disclose information in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, levy, attachment, order
of a court-appointed receiver or other comparable legal process, including subpoenas from private parties in a civil action.
